The Queso Connection

Saint Añejo has always felt very Nashville-in-the-Gulch to me: big energy, tacos, tequila, people spilling in and out, and queso exactly where queso belongs, in the middle of the table. This one doesn’t need to be strange to earn its place. It’s the kind of bowl that disappears while everybody is still deciding what tacos to order. The menu lets you keep it naked, add green chiles, or bring in chorizo, which is basically a tiny queso choose-your-own-adventure.
