The Queso Connection

Rey's Mexican Grill has been serving the community since 2020, pairing Mexican classics like street tacos and mole poblano with Tex-Mex favorites and inventive dishes like Mexican pizza and birria ramen. And for those of us following the melted cheese, there's no shortage of temptation: classic queso dip, chorizo-loaded queso fundido, and plenty of entrées smothered in cheese sauce.
