The Queso Connection

Dillas was part of my North Texas eating life, when I was discovering Plano and the enormous food world around Dallas one restaurant at a time. A restaurant devoted to quesadillas was already going to get my attention. Give it Hatch chile queso, too, and of course it wound up on the map. Years later, I'm realizing that so many of these places weren't random favorites at all. They were the early coordinates of this Trail.
