The Queso Connection
There was absolutely no chance I was building the Queso Trail and skipping a place called Casa Reina. The Queen's House sits on the St. Augustine bayfront at the foot of the Bridge of Lions, inside a property with more than a century of history, and literally invites everyone to the Queen's Table. Casa Reina And lately, I've been thinking a lot about queendoms. Not the inherited kind. The little territories we build for ourselves out of the things we love, the places that call us back and the tables where we finally recognize ourselves. So consider this a wink toward the newest queendom on the map. The Queso Queen has landed in Florida, safely this time. ;) IYKYK

Welcome to Queso Queen Country. 👑 A bowl of Mexican queso blanco feels particularly destined for the Trail when it arrives at a restaurant whose entire identity revolves around being the Queen's House. Add chorizo if the crown feels too light.
