In downtown Cookeville's WestSide, 37 Cedar brings together elevated Southern comfort food, live music and a generous appreciation for melted cheese. The Whiskey Fondue caught our attention immediately: cheddar, Jack Daniel's, candied bacon and house-made dipping vessels. But there's another reason to linger. Their menu also features house-made pimento cheese dip, while the brunch lineup includes Cowboy Paulie's Southwestern Hash Bowl with chorizo queso.
